what deals are MAX HD customers being offered to switch over new the new packages / not cancel ?

I rang up to discuss my alternatives / cancellation of my BT, 

The BT rep seemed to have little knowledge or power to try and retain customers via better deal .. very much computer says no .. 

what have other people been offered on the entertainment and big entertainment package prices?

There may not be any, the prices are usually the same as on the website for both new & existing customers on the new packages & there's usually not any special ones for legacy tv customers either

did you try phoning the options team on 0800800030 and see if they can help negotiate a better deal

I moved from Max HD well over a year ago.

Got no discount on Now TV Big Entertainment and HD ad on just over 3 weeks ago when I phoned them.

Seems they are not doing any TV discounts. I still had a few months contract left on my Now TV package with HD add on. My Now TV is going up by £1.12 come end of March.

I did however manage to get BT FTTC Fibre 2 for the price of Fibre 1 only after I said I was not happy and was gong to move. Was on live chat for at lest 45 mins and put though too three different people.
