had everything installed on the 22nd Jan. Still haven't received my bill. Have no idea what my account number is. Can't do anything in my bt without the account number 😞
You should have received some notification of your new line install, the account number would be shown on there.
You may not actually receive a paper copy of the bill, it may just be on line accessed via MYBT.
I just tried logging in with the email address rather than the username and it's all there. Not sure why it didn't work with the username
