why is btsport 2's guide 2 hours out of sync

This started yesterday, set to record live WTA Luxembourg, guide shows it all correct, but recording does not start. So start watching live on channel, press 'record' button and dialogue box tells me the programme that was on 2 hours ago has now finished and I can't record it. So I can't record BTSport 2! Still doing the same today. Any ideas?

Is this on the Youview box itself or on another device? If on your phone or tablet could be the time on that is out of sync.

sorry I should have given more details. Its on dtrt2100 youview box. 31.28.0. Was n't sure if this goes in the youview forum or bttv or btsport. I don't really expect a solution, I was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue.

Are you continuing to have problems with recordings ?

i did watch a bit of that Tennis tournament whilst it was live but not at the times you reported  your issues. I did do  two  recordings of matches in progress On different days  and they recorded as expected. In the second case the Youview EPG was not accurate as the match had overrun its original time slot . however I was able to watch the match live and set a recording to capture the end of the match which recorded perfectly. (Those Youview EPG inconsistencies still exist on the backward Youview EPG for BT Sport ESPN HD on Friday 19 October c 8pm to 11:30 Where I believe the actual programming was initially the continuation of the live tennis and subsequently Baseball  repeat.)

So I'm resurrecting an old thread. This seems to be happening again, only on BT Sport 2. I set a recording Man U v Read and notice at 12:15 the recording hasn't started. The Guide shows the programme has started and there's a red 'R' on the programme. If I select to watch channel, the Info bar describes the previous programme as still playing. It has done exactly the same with Blp v Ars this evening. Would a new box fix this.
