why???...

why am i getting this result throught bt infinity option 2 ?

 

speedtest done through a wired connection from my laptop to the homehub3

 

activation date was 12 june 2012

its been acknowledged as a problem by bt, one solution may be to replace the hh3 with something else

theres a known problem if you look here http://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity/Infinity-drops-below-1M-bits-each-day/td-p/524839/page/10 it will work fine on wireless. problem will be sorted via a firmware upgrade within a few days

My old homehub used to do this often HomeHub type B, Just go to bthomehub.home login and disconnect/reconnect and the issue will be fixed. This seems to be the best way to fix the issue without causing DLM to lower your connection speed.
