I have had infinity for over a year with no problems, however over the last 3 days or so all our tablets, phones, Sky box and ipads keep losing the wifi connection. It is ok when you are close to the hub, but move into another room and you lose it. However signal strength is showing as good. All phones etc lose signal at same time and then cycle through searching, connecting, connected then fail. We have noticed that a close neighbour now has infinity, their signal is strong, can this interfere?
