Why can`t you just use your old home hub, the HH3 has a number of problems?

Try uninstalling the printer from your laptop then reinstalling it that some times solves the problem

I hope you took it to your recycling centre and not just put it in the bin !!!

Can you change your printer settings so that it uses a static IP address?

What is the make and model of the printer?

Re: wireless printer not working since changing broadband

I have looked at the manual, there does not appear to be any option to set a static IP address. You may be able to persuade the home hub 3 to always use the same address.

There is another thread about this same printer and other devices not working with the HH3.

http://community.bt.com/t5/BB-Speed-Connection-Issues/HH-3-and-Mac-OSx-issues/m-p/155589/highlight/t...

You may have to connect the printer using USB, or get another home hub 2.

Must have been just a fleeting problem.
