my address is listed wrong on the system, cant seem to find anywhere to change it. Any suggestions? TIA

Hi @Denise07 sorry that your address record is not correct.
Do you have active service with BT currently and if so do you have a Fibre To The Premises connection?
Would you check Royal Mail and see that your address is correctly listed there.
Is the address on your BT bill correct?
