recently came to the end of my old contract and wanted to continue with same so agreed price over phone for 28.99 just checked my billing and find im being charged £47.49 for 1 month and for some reason my package says im on £34.99/mth not happy as i would have gone to a diffrent provider and not agreed new contract!!!
