Sorry if this is the wrong place. Every month since Feb I am charged £5 for my email account, every month I phone and complain, and every month I get a apology and a promise to refund and make sure it won't happen again, I got a full refund two months ago but last month £5 charge usual phone call and usual promises but this month no refund and £5 charge !!!! How in gods name can I get this resolved ?????
Are you still a BT Broadband customer?
Was there a reason for you having BT Premium mail?
Left BT years ago, to keep same email address I paid £1-66 a month, returned to BT in Feb first bill showed £1-66 charge for email, phoned and asked why, was told the accounts would be merged since then I have had various charges each month I phoned was told the charge would be refunded this happened two months ago, but last month the usual £5 ( it settled down to £5 month,) phoned same story, this month no refund as promised and a further £5 charge. I am unaware if I am on "premier" email I certainly did not ask for it !!! I'm sick of phoning every month and going through the same thing.
