Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
If you are using wireless then it could be wifi interference.
So try changing the wireless channel.
Go into the hub settings by typing bthomehub.home in the address bar of your web browser. If that doesnt work type 192.168.1.254
Go to advanced settings then wireless settings. If it asks for a password the default one is on a sticker on the hub.
In wireless setting find the wireless channel and change it. Its best to try channels 1, 6 or 11. if those channels dont help then use ones inbetween.
once youve changed the channel try your xbox again. keep trying different channels until you find one that works.
