Just this evening when watching tv through you view box there was a type of crackling/vibrating sound from the tv thought it may be the channel but when i tried different channels still did the same, tried to watch something we recorded and it did the same, turned off the box and watched a channel thorugh tv and did not do it, any ideas please as this is the second you view box we have had in 12 months! been working fine since last November.
