youview ultra hd box jumping

I have had my ultra hd box for just over 3 years and recently it has started jumping when playing back

recordings .I have a good signal and I have reset the box twice and retuned numerous times  but the problem still

persists

Has anyone any ideas on how to solve this problem

Hi @bobsthedog, welcome to the forum and sorry that your BT TV box is causing the picture to jump. 

When you have reset the box did you complete a Factory Reset that deleted your recordings?

Do you still have an active BT TV subscription?

Thanks for getting back to me yes I have done a factory reset twice
and the problem has not gone away .I have since spoken to bt who are sending me a replacement box
