Switched off 2.4Ghz as suggested, nothing connected to the 5Ghz and I had to call BT to switch the 2.4Ghz channel back on as I couldn’t access the router due to no devices being able to connect. All devices are back on the 2.4Ghz now.

The patch is working for me.  I can print to the hp printer from my iPad and also watch sky-go on the iPad.

Hi @Mal1874   I suspect it is only you. It is normal service for me with all my usual 5 GHz devices connected to the 5 GHz band after the patch. Early days but it looks good so far. I assume that you have tried rebooting (or cycling the WiFi off and on) on your 5 GHz devices.

If the question re 5Ghz devices was asked of me, then yes, I have two iPads and an Amazon device on 5Ghz and the rest of my network on 2.4 or wired.    All seems to working fine now.

Firmware update v0.26.04.04227-BT seems to have made things much better. I've had both bands switched on 2.4GHz and 5GHz on the router, and my phone (as it jumps as expected between the 2 bands) is able to connect with the devices on the 2.4GHz band. @NeilO thank you for getting in touch and pushing for the new firmware. Been a little over 24 hours now and all is still good. Much appreciated.
