Hi, experiencing exactly the same SH2 connectivity issues between my Naim Mu-so streamer (2.4GHz only) and Android phone (5GHz).

Disappointing that I have to discover the source of this problem via BBC News and Sonos Support rather than BT themselves. 

 

Is it possible to get the updated firmware pushed to specific routers (specifically mine 🙂) or wait for general rollout in "4 - 5 weeks"?

@PaddyB Hi, I am having lots off issues with my Sonos system. My SH2 is running v0.26.03.01286-BT.

Please would you advise how to update to the latest SH2 FW.

Hello @PaddyB and @DanielS, I'm having the same issues with firmware v0.26.03.01286-BT (and deactivating 5GHz doesn't work as I lose too much Wifi coverage with my iPhone). Could you please PM me details to get the new firmware? Thanks!
