Firmware updated to v0.26.04.04227-BT
Router restarted, 5ghz turned back on and all seems to be working

Once we have your details we pass on the information to the Hub team to have the firmware updated. We're working through a few cases at the moment so it is taking us around 48 - 72 to respond.
Not able to use the Sky+ app on my phone with the Sky box since getting the new hub. I’ve been trying various things (the usual uninstall/reinstall etc all to no avail) but a friend pointed me to this thread. Phone connects via 5GHz and Sky box via 2.4GHz and having tried everything else I can think of I suspect it’s the same issue?!
Ah yes, it's strange it didn't restart but my issue was fixed, however next time it started it shows the correct firmware version so who knows v0.26.04.04227-BT
I recently posted a rather detailed description of my printing problem but the firmware update would seem to be the solution.

same problem here , no connection to several devices e.g. Sonos, EchoDot, smart plugs, printers.... Would be very grateful to receive the firmware fix/update
