Hi sorry if I haven’t posted correctly I’m new to this.
I too am really suffering with this issue, anything airplay (audio, printers, vid etc) and Sonos products.
Please could you help with advice on how can I go about getting my smart hub 2 updated to resolve this please.

Please can I be added to the list for a fix. We too been having issues with Sonos however nott been too bad over the last few days, however I am having major problems with my Epson printer which will not print (unless I restart my laptop) since getting fibre to the house and the new Halo 2 router on 26th April

I'm sorry if you have seen your upload speed capped this should increase back up by itself after a reset but this can sometimes take a day or two.
I'm more than happy to take a look at this for you and I've sent you a PM.

I have received a PM to say my upload cap has been removed, however I have done various Speedtest and it is still showing as 50mb, I tried a reboot and did another Speedtest but it is still 50mb
please advise?
