I got a reply in this thread a couple of days back, that I should get a PM about how to get in touch to resolve this issue (with new firmware, or otherwise), but I haven't seen any message. Perhaps the PM got lost along the way, would you resend it, please? 🙂
Just found this thread as I have been having issues with a Bose Soundtouch System
I sent a tweet to @bt_uk regarding this and they pushed v0.26.04.04227-BT straight to my HH2 within a minute or two
Might work for some others....
