Thanks to the mods for their help. Printer now printing... off to try the Sonos speakers next.

Frustrating that we had to come through this route to get a fix, but glad that people were able to help (albeit not the tech support helpline!)

When does the new firmware get pushed? My wireless printer has been in its box for months, I reverted back to my old USB cabled one due to constant drop-outs.

Out of interest when did you report your issue? How long did it take for a repair/response?

Okay I have had the update today - but the firmware version is the same v0.26.03.01286-BT I had before.
I thought there was a version after this that solved the problem.

I’ve responded to the private message but want to share with the group that since the updated firmware I am still experiencing issues with ring cameras and I now have a new issue in that my sky Q box now keeps dropping signal which impacts the main box and the mini. Is that feeds off of it. This is very frustrating, had zero problems before that dodgy mid April update

Devices  connected to the 5 GHz band are not able to communicate with devices that are connected to the 2.4 GHz band and it appears the connections are being erroneously  isolated
