Same as me. No luck with Sonos and I believe I have the latest firmware.
I wanted to provide a quick update.
We’ve begun the rollout of the new firmware for the Smart Hub 2 which will address the problem which has been reported here on this thread. The rollout will be carried out in a staggered process so if you don’t get the new firmware straight away, don’t worry it's coming.
If you can’t wait for the update and would like us to push the update to you, please post on this thread to let us know. Before doing that, please check which firmware version your hub is currently running as it may have updated. The new firmware version is v0.26.04.04227.
To check your firmware version through the hub manager, please follow the steps below. Alternatively, you can access this information via the My BT app.
Step 1 - Open a new web browser
Step 2: Type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar
Step 3: This should open the Hub Manager Applet
Step 4: Click the Status tab to see the Smart Hub 2 Firmware Version
Another user here having the same issues and unable to connect to Sonos One speaker.

This seems to solve all the issues around 5GHz devices not talking to the 2.4GHz devices.
all my devices are now back online and talking to each other correctly and syncing.
I have just been updated to firmware version v0.26.03.01286-BT.
Would it be possible to get the more recent update?
