Hello. I had this problem back in May and a moderator pushed an update to my hub. It’s happened again this morning. I can print from my work phone which is on 2.4 GHz but not my personal phone on 5 GHz. My husband has found his phone won’t connect with the Sonos, probably for the same reason. Any idea why?
Please can I get the firmware update pls I really need the ability to split bands thanks
@tonifinch The firmware doesn’t allow you to split bands. It improves communication between devices using different bands.
if you’re on the bt broadband the firmware update should be delivered automatically. Whate version of firmware do you have?
@ses9TT That’s the latest version, same as the firmware installed on my SH2 on 16th July.
I did have an initial issue when this was installed, but it was resolved by doing a factory reset.
That will mean though that any special settings you have set up such as your own SSID and/or own password will have to be reset after factory reset.
if not sure on how to factory reset, Google it 😉
If you are no longer with BT, the hub won't work. It's locked to BT
