4th whole disc missing from app

Hi

I have had our 4th disc linked to our 3rd disc with ethernet cable so I can have it set up some distance from the other three. However the 4th disc does not show on the BT wholehome app on the phone. How do I get it to show? I would like to set that 4th disc with a guest password so think I need it showing.

I assume the disk works, as in you're able to get Wi-Fi using it?

Which app version and operating system are you using? Can you see the 4th disc in the web interface (mybtdevice.home)

Hi Dan-0

whoo never seen that before went into the mybtdevice.home and it shows the 4th disc and that it is connected by ethernet cable it is called wifi disc 0c. 

the app is BT wholehome states current firmware as v1.02.08 build02 (cannot read anymore) and it is on my iPhone

How do I find which whole home app I am using as I go onto my iPhone I have got that it is app version 1.02.16 which I hope answers a part and the device is my iPhone i I have got that right. the whole hub is white sorry I don't understand

If you IPhone is iOS 9 or above you should have app Version 3.3.4
you can find this by opening the Whole home app > Help > About the App.
Then just check all the discs have installed correctly using the App, they should have your selected name against each one.
If any are not listed with your selected name, using the Whole Home follow the App and the Add Another Disc process found in settings.

thank you when I went onto help about the app on my iPhone the only info is what I provided, as said the 4th disc is not showing on the app so do I reset it to the smart hub and then replace to the wired link in my outbuilding. thanks
