Bag to return equipment received, thank you. Equipment bagged up & sent via the Post Office. Tracking confirms it was received at the address in the label on 11/10/21. Nothing as yet from BT to confirm receipt. How long does this normally take please?

Hi @kathyannis many thanks for the update and for returning the equipment. It depends on how busy the returns warehouse is as to when they update the system but don't worry I'll mark it returned for you.

Hi Neil, further to your email below I have spotted on our account NS18*** that you are expecting the return of a Smart Hub ref +084316+NQ63126980. The Smart Hub was also in the returns package with the faulty Hybrid Connect.
can you please ensure that our record is updated to reflect this as I do not wish to be charged for something that has been returned.
