Android App saying not connected, but clearly I am?

Have the Wholehome 3 disc Mesh steup. Android app has been working fine up until recently. I am connected to the SSID with a few devices and the connection is great, however the app and web portal are both saying no devices are connected? Have restarted the network many times, same with my main router (newest BT HUB), no joy. When I try to update the firmware through the app it hangs there, then gives the message 'Can not connect to AP. Please make sure SSID and Password are correct and try again', well, nothing has changed. Deleted and re-installed the app, still the same. Any ideas why it's gone like this or how I can rectify it?

Hi @CDRichards78 Sorry you are having a problem with your Whole Home Wifi. 

 

If you are still having this problem then please contact the Whole Home Wifi Help Desk on 0808 100 6116.  They are open 

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm
