Authentication error on Android phones

We have just added two discs to our hub 2. Now both Android phones will not connect to WiFi. Both show authentication error. Very frustrating and no matter what I try, nothing. Can anyone help?

Re: Authentication error on Android phones

@Linzian

Turn the 5GHz wireless off on the hub, then try to connect the phones again.

Once they connect, you can turn it back on again, if you have any devices that can use 5GHz.

To turn it off, see this post.

is smart setup turned off if not turn it off   https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/what-is-smart-setup-on-the-bt-hub--how-can-i-turn-it-on-and-off-

try forgetting the hub SSID on your phones so it is removed from wireless on phones then try logging into hub SSID again
