BT Baby Monitor 5" can't connect to BT Smart Hub 2

I keep getting error message 4 when I try and connect my iPhone 11 with the baby monitor, any ideas on how I can connect? I have tried turning off the 5ghz wireless on the hub, but that didn't work either.

Hi @aarons11 and welcome to the community.

Have you had a look through the User Guide ? If that doesn't help there's also a number for the product support desk who should be able to help.

Cheers

David

Still the same issue, turned smart setup off and only the 2.4Ghz is on.

Looked through guide and as I have said I have tried a number of ways to make it work, but consistently get error code 4. I'm using a BT Smart Hub 2, which is connected to multiple other devices without any issue.
