I have BT baby Smart Monitor and Camera and I set them up with no issues a couple months ago to the parent unit.
I noticed we could update the camera so I did that this afternoon by joining it to the app but it took over 4 hours and then the app crashed, I went back in to the app and the camera wasn't listed in devices and the parental unit isn't able to connect to the camera any more.
I have reset both camera and parental unit and also tried connecting on the app again but no luck.
