Hi
I have a BT Essential Digital Home phone handset that, all of a sudden, will not play the in-call number tones. This is important because I need them for incoming calls from my gates to open them ( by pressing the number 3). I've done factory resets and used another handset but nothing has worked.
Any answers?

It sounds like you have tried the steps we'd usually suggest, so I'd recommend giving the team a call on 0330 123 4150 so they can help with this.

This number I have tried before where an automated message means I have to go through fault tests on the line but it doesn't give an option for faults to a phone. Is there a contact method so I can speak to technical support directly?
