Last May we bought an Essential two-phone set. We haven't set it up for anything, not even saved number. The main feature we use is Block.
This morning we lost the use of them for 30 minutes or so - "PIN number required" was the message showing. I now know that I could have used the default 0000 but can you tell me what might have caused this please? Fortunately it cleared itself.
By the way, I've only just noticed that one of the units is called the secondary unit and it looks like I plugged it into the main socket by mistake. :smileyembarrassed: What would be the impact of this please? We are experiencing crackling on the line, quite severe at times - could this be due to the wrong sockets?
