My homehub 6 lost connection during the night, when I cycled the power this morning it is now stuck with a solid green light.
A factory reset has been attempted but without success.
green light is hub trying to start but from what you say getting stuck
have you tried switching power off to the hub and waiting a few minutes and then switch power back on?
Powered off at the wall and restarted severall times with no change, still stuck on solid green light.
Need to get a replacement then I'm afraid. If still in contract, ring customer services for replacement.
