Must be the start of the Christmas pantomimes!
Robert Dyas ….. Oh yes they do! And what's more, reported to be in stock.

They are now available in the BT Shop but interestingly the tech spec does not list 802.11ax only b,a,g,n,ac. Maybe it is only ax on the inter disc links and not on the disc to device links.
I emailed the help desk and they confirmed that AX is only for disc to disc connection and not disc to device.
Can’t help but wonder if there will be many who buy them but feel misled by the triband headline. Guess it all depends what’s on the box etc.
Find it a bit odd for them to not include AX, especially with all the hype around WiFi 6. Although does any one really need these speeds, AC is more than enough if you have a strong signal. The major area for improvement is the dedicated radio for disc to disc transfer, so should help overall performance. Looking at other vendors offerings who do have AX for client device traffic they are pretty expensive US$699 for two discs! I guess BT will add WiFi 6 in future once the price of the hardware comes down.
