Same problem, posted on another thread also. Dec 2020.
Ethernet backhaul hookup completely messes the whole mesh not to mention takes out the router for a minute!
Any solutions yet other than return them?
Netgear have some options like the orbi pro but is quite expensive or nighthawk but that replaces your router which I can’t do??
