Recently brought 2 home cams have downloaded app and set up up cameras with no problem to the bt whole home system.The mobile is an android phone.Are the alerts that are sent to the phone just in an audible Form? as they do not seem to be coming through on a regular basis . When i log onto the app their are plenty of images yet no warnings to the phone.have checked phone settings and everything is enabled.Any ideas?

If you have everything set-up correctly. You should get a snapshot image together with the notification message on your android device.

Carried out factory reboot on android smart phone and just installed 1 camera after app reinstallation failed to cure problem.Checked camera's using wifes apple phone with smart home app all okay.Ended up changing e mail address from bt to gmail account on smart home account.App and cameras now working okay to android phone.
