BT Smart Hub 2 'Feet issue'

I have BT Smart Hub 2 Broadband which works extremely well, however one of the two swivelling feet has detached from the base of the hub.  Having looked at the base of the hub in detail all is intact except the one foot.

How do I best approach reattaching it

Re: BT Smart Hub 2 'Feet issue'

I can see this is an old question but it popped up when I was searching for the same issue. The other answer is not even close to helpful. Basically Align the foot in the 90 degree backwards position it would normally sit in. That should align the inner clips on the foot, with corresponding holes on the hob. I found that pressing the left side of the foot/connection snapped it back into place. Trying to press in the centre wasn't doing that. If anyone else comes across this issue. (I've had it lots of times and never realised it was fixable) They may now have a solution

Re: BT Smart Hub 2

Superglue is not actually a bad idea

...but when this happened to me I found it will still stand vertically on one foot.

Alternatively just rest it against a small object

Is your LAN & WiFi signals equally wobbly, in sync with the dodgy foot ?
