Hi, just a quick question I was wondering if anyone knew why and/or how to fix this problem I'm running into with my BT Smart Hub 2. It seems to begin downloading the new firmware for the hub but always says there is a failure and never applies the new firmware. (It is the Smart hub 2 without the Red WAN port. Any Help would be appreciated 🙂

Tried a factory reset last night and since then it hasn't attempted to download the new firmware. The Hub is currently running v0.16.02.08304-BT Here is the technical Log just in case its needed
...was the latest for the Smart Hub 2 as of 30th May 2020

Hi there sorry for a long time without responding I had to go and look after my parents and have only recently got back to my main house with fibre. I brought the smart hub 2 and connected it. Still no update but its only been on for 3 hours
Just woke up and checked the hub stats and it has finally updated to the latest firmware 🙂
