Has anyone else had issues with getting a TV Box sent out in the post?
Iv been calling and asking for a box for nearly a year and BT have said they have issued one on every call, now an engineer comes out today with a **bleep**ing box?!!!!

Was this as part of a new order to set up the service or were you looking for a replacement BT TV box because the previous box had gone faulty?
If the box had gone fault an engineer visit is normally be needed, they would always bring a new box in case they weren't able to fix the issue.
