I have just got the BT TV pro and when trying to use the remote for volume and turning off the TV it does not work. I read on a post that if you press home and 9 and then try again it will work - I done this and it worked for around 15 seconds - done it again and again it only worked for around 15 seconds - unplugged the box did it again and it worked I can now control the volume - what a faff. Anyways it still wont turn my TV off - the box goes off no issues but the TV remains on, even tried holding down for 15 seconds plus - TV is a JVC LT32C600 (smart TV) any suggestions on how I can fix this so I don't have to use 2 remotes?
