BT Whole Home WiFi Premium + Add-on

Hi, 2 weeks ago i bought the BT Whole Home WiFi Premium 2 disc pack. Its been working great but i wanted to extend it. Today i bought a BT Whole Home WiFi Premium Add-On pack. Problem is ive noticed the BT Logos are different between the 2 pack and the add on and the add-on wont well add on. Ive managed to update the firmware and i got the add-on disc to show on the app by connecting it via the ethernet cable. Trouble is when i unplug the add-on and try to set it up as normal it wont connect to the other disks. Are they not compatible because they have different logos so im assuming one is newer than the other? If so how do i fix this ive barely had the 2 pack a month.

Hi @SkitzoSam, welcome to the forum, and sorry you're having a problem with adding an extra disc.

You would be best to call and speak with the Whole Home Wifi product helpdesk and they'll be able to help you resolve this. You can call them on 0808 100 6116 Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and Sat 9am to 2pm
