I purchased BT Whole Home Mesh Network about 3 weeks ago. The first disc is conected via eithernet to my Virgin Media router. The other two discs are placed around the house with 'good' signal back to the main disc.
They are running Firmware v1.02.06 build 12.
The discs performed well for the first week however for the past few days I have lost wifi connection several times a day. My apple phone discconects from the network and when I go into the wifi settings it says the BT Whole Home wifi has no internet. All the lights on the discs are still solid blue.
My virgin media router says it is still connected to the internet.
To get the BT whole home working again I turn off the disc connected to the router on and off and then I can get wifi again.
I have reset the Netowork and tried restarting my virgin media hub but it is still doing it.
Does anyone have a fix for this or should I take the Whole Home back and get a different mesh network whilst I still can?
Did you get anywhere with this issue? I am having the exact same thing, having to reboot the system because it takes the whole network down (even that outside of the whole home discs)
