Hi. I have the BT Whole Home Wifi with 2 discs running firmware v1.02.03 build03.
I have noticed the web portal (mybtdevice.home) barely works. When trying to browse pages such as the system log, I have to click on the link maybe 10-20 times before the system log actually appears, you just get a blank page most of the time. The same happens for most other links within the portal. Resetting the whole home wifi makes no difference.
Can someone from BT please confirm this is a known issue, and if it will be resolved in a firmware update?

It's a known issue and has been covered in these forums. We're all waiting for a fix.
