Every since I upgraded to a new phone, when I launch the BT WHole Home Wifi app, it comes up with the following:
I am connected to the Whole Home network with my phone, what do I have to do for the app to recognise it correctly?
Not sure if this has been solved, I gave up with whole home and used My BT app. Even then was on verge of wiping all disks and starting fresh. Then tried this which worked for me.....
Login and go to Your Wifi in Settings, On welcome to Smart2 begin setup and enter your Hub Admin Password . Once through this it showed me my current disk and let me add more - including the 'walk test' forgetting strong signal.
