BT Whole Home is stuck on red

Recently my Virgin Fibre had a fault and when this was fixed the BT Whole Home would not work and remained on red.

I have disconnected and done a factory reset but whatever I do the disks revert back to red.

Can anyone shed any light on how to resolve?

Thanks

Maurice

Re: BT Whole Home is stuck on red

Hi,

Could you check that your Virgin router is in Router Mode and not in Modem mode? You can check by going to the management page of your router.

Whole Home Wi-Fi discs must be connected to a router in order to provide an IP address. When in Modem Mode, the Super Hub does not provide DHCP IP addresses.
