BT Whole Home set up help

Hi

I have just bought a 3 disc Whole Home kit.

I have set up the first disc and it’s linked to the router. The WH network has been renamed to the SSID of the original Home Hub 5 router, the HH5 has been renamed and Wi-fi disabled. The Whole Home disc is working fine.

The other 2 discs are set up using Wi-Fi. Each is showing a solid blue light but I can’t see them in the app, the only disc showing is the first. And I don’t think they are transmitting a signal, despite the solid blue light.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

When adding discs 2 & 3, did you first connect them to the router to allow them to sync the correct Wi-fi details? If you didn’t that might help. 

Also I have read on here that some users have had to re-install the app on their device to get it to work and recognise the disks.

Do all three discs show up if you access them via the web interface: mybtdevice.home
