BT Whole Home wifi

I have set up BT Whole Home wifi with three mini disks satisfactorily but I now want to add another device (my wife's phone). The network shows up on her phone but neither the network or admin passwords are accepted when she types these in. Can anyone give me a solution?

Have a look at the Mini Whole Home Wifi product help page and hopefully you'll find the answer there. If not then the contact number and email contact for the product team are listed at the bottom of the page.
