I have a smart plug that can’t connect to my Whole Home hub in my office. I think it’s because it’s a 5Ghz hub and a 2.5Ghz smart plug. I’ve checked in mybtdevice.home but it doesn’t appear to have a feature where I can change the hub to 2.5Ghz.
