BT WholeHome Connect - red light

Hello. We recently bought this (though only one “add-on disc”). Disc works fine when connected to my existing router, but when I unplug the ethernet cable, move the disc and plug the power cable in somewhere else in the house, I just get the solid red light. Any suggestions? Many thanks

I'd recommend getting in touch with the BT Whole Home Wi-Fi product helpdesk. You can find their contact info below: 

If your product is within warranty:
