I hope BT values employee like you enough. I doubt it though.
I have tried to do so through web interface which is equally designed poorly.
None of the three options in First tab 'Status' is visible - complete blank page
Second tab and third tab - 'Settings' and 'System' shows some of the options but not all.
Firmware update check when clicked shows wheel of death.
Tried on Firefox and Safari.
Will keep trying.
Dan-O, Thanks for all the help to members of this forum and I hope you do not take mine or others frustration on BT put you off.
After almost two months pleased to report my IOS iPhone App is now working as before.
Steps I took:
1. Removed the App from my iPhone.
2. Updated the Wholehome Discs via the web interface to the latest 1.02.04 build 10 firmware.
3. Allowed then all (x4) to reboot etc, then turned them all for c 2 mins - then turned just the master one on 1st.
4. Reinstalled the updated IOS app on my iPhone.
5. Using the iPhone App then went through the auto process of renaming the Discs, nothing else needed to be changed/input.
So at long last delighted to report all back to normal with the addition of the IOS App also working........Got there in the end. Hopefully BT will learn from this as underneath it all the mesh product is pretty damm good.
Worked for me too. Had to be patient and keep trying through web interface. App now works. Hope it stays that way.
I have had my 3 disc system for about 6 months and the coverage is good and working fine. I do not look at the app very often but this morning found that the app will no longer connect to the discs, the web interface offers very limited functionality - blank screen on status, system log etc but did manage to select restart but with no improvement.
I'm reluctant to factory reset a working system so is there any other option. Still running 1.03 firmware with no way to upgrade at present.
As I said in the original post the web interface is not operating either, at least not the upgrade option.
However I can do a restart and I did do a restart earlier. I have now done a second restart and it seems to have come back to life on the second restart.

I'm also having the same problems as have been discussed here.
ie the App is having issues connecting to the discs via my iPhone!
My question is, following having read that I need to upgrade the build for my discs, how can i log in to 'mybt device' site when I'm not a BT customer?
