You need to be connected to the WholeHomeWiFi 

See here: 

  1. Make sure you are connected to your Whole Home Wi-Fi network
  2. Enter http://mybtdevice.home in your internet browser address field
  3. Enter your Admin password then click Login (Admin password is printed on your wireless settings card located on the back of your discs)

You don't need to be on BT Broadband, just be connected to the Whole Home WiFi
