My BT whole home has been working fine, I use it with my talktalk Sagecom vdsl modelrouter. Since yesterday the BT discs have been giving out 169.254.108.xxx addresses to my devices, so they are unable to connect to the internet. Any help please. Thanks.
Hi, have you tried to power off/on all your discs?
And when you do, do it in the following order:
1. Switch-off all your discs
2. Starting with the disc plugged into your router, switch it back on. Let it reboot until its light is solid blue for a few minutes
3. Then switch all the other discs back on
4. Although your network should work fine at this point, it's best to now leave it a couple of days to settle and find its configuration (during that time the light status may change, but that's okay). So don't move things around until it's settled
If that doesn't work, then it could be something with your router. If you have devices connected directly into your router, are those working fine?
