Have a BT WholeHome WiFi system with 4 discs which on the whole has been working brilliantly (iPhones don't seem to auto switch between dishes like they should, but hey ho).
However one device is never able to connect - a MacBook Pro.
Each time I try to connect, the MacBook fails to grab an IP via DHCP (have tried renewing lease, no joy).
However the BT Wholhome Web app shows the device is connected with an IP address assigned (it isn't).
Inspecting the BT Wholehome logs via the web interface I found that each time I tried to connect the logs would show:
- MAC Address "Blacklisted in MAC Filter list"
- MAC Address "Associated Successfully"
- MAC Address "Aged Out and disassociated"
I can't find the MAC blacklist in the web interface to clear it (and it was obviously automatically triggered, so would likely do it again?). Is there a way to whitelist devices?
Reset the home hub to factory default, and try again.
