BT WiFi disc location

I’ve setup my BT WiFi disc...

the lights have stayed solid blue after connecting the disc via Ethernet but the location test just come back with no location found, even when it’s sittong right next to the Hub, what am I doing wrong???

What Whole Home system are you installing and how many discs ?
1, Whole Home Gen 1
2, Whole Home Mini
3, Whole Home Premium
or are you using BT Complete Wi-Fi ( Black discs)
Last thing What App are you using and with what device ?

its the new black WiFi disc...

I’m using the MY BT app on an iPhone 5s....

should I use another phone?

The black discs are the BT Complete Wi-Fi service you require a BT Smart Hub and then the Disc connects to the HUB via Wi-Fi if you are having a problem connecting contact BT 150.
